The property is very good at this price point. location is also an advantage as it is near by the market. there was ample parking space. Ambience of the Hotel was also very good. Staff was also courteous. Over all good Experience.

stayed in Bhawani International Katra from 16 through 18 th March 2025. Although the location of the Hotel is good but room was not clean. Bedsheets was not properly cleaned and blanket cover was also torn.No toiletries were provided except one little soap. Small TV provided in the room was not working. Food on demand was not provided because it was not available. closet was dirty. So my overall experience was very poor about this property. Many Hotels were available nearby on this price with better amenities.

The room was an average room. I booked it for two days and informed beforehand that I will be checking in the next day and make sure the room is ready and provide a good room but the room was average. Drinking glasses were not clean. Water was leaking from the taps and joints. Bedsheet wasn't washed well. I believed they had good rooms on the other floor but they simply gave us an average room. Nothing outstanding anything about the hotel. However, it is close to market, yatra parchi and bus stand. location wise it was good.

Booking experience is always good with mmt. But hotel experience is not good at all. I paid breakfast complimentary but there hotel staff started making faces for this. Second most importantly hotel didn't give me gst invoice copy they argued that mmt will provide me invoice for my stay. I complained regarding this to mmt customer care. But no gain yet overall terrible experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. Staff: the staff was very courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Location: the location of the hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently close to the market and the bus stop. It made commuting and exploring the area very easy. Stay: my overall stay was comfortable. I especially appreciated their flexibility in offering me an early check-in, which added to my convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in a prime location.

Hotel rooms were in terrible shape. Bathroom doors were broken. Bed was filthy. Mattress was torned. There was no soap in the washroom.They didn’t even had hot water kettle which is very basic for any decent hotel. No tea or coffee sachets were available even in request. The most pathetic hotel one can ever experience. Stay away!
